Congratulations on your forthcoming marriage.

Your wedding day is obviously one of the most important days of your life, and one you will remember for all your life.

It is therefore important that you make the right choices, and that you take as much care choosing your Wedding DJ as you do with the catering, flowers, venue, photographer, and so on. Your evening's entertainment is a major portion of your day.

Not every DJ is the same. We do not all fit the stereotype of the cheesy wedding Disco.

I have been a professional wedding DJ for over 26 years. Weddings and Civil Partnerships are occasions I take particular pride in and enjoy, whether it be a large, formal wedding, a more intimate, relaxed occasion, or a little less conventional (as with the three-day burlesque-themed wedding festival Whatever style you choose, I ensure that everything runs smoothly and you have a relaxed, stress-free time.

Weddings

When it is time for the first dance - if you are having one - we will make sure your guests and the photographer are in position around the dancefloor, and then announce the bride and groom. If you would like your guests to join you towards the end of the first dance, or for the second song, we can invite them to join you on the dancefloor.

​Throughout the reception we will be approachable and polite, making sure to cater for and involve everybody, without being intrusive, taking requests and making dedications as required.

PARTY DJ & WEDDING DISCO - THE MUSIC

The choice of music is key to the success of your party

- At every disco, I always tailor the music and the night to your specific needs and wishes.

- For instance, do you like a era or style of music, or want a theme for the evening?

- Are there songs that have a special significance for you and your guests?

- Are there any songs or styles of music that you do not want played?

- Do you want the usual party songs, or should they be avoided like the plague?

- Or would you rather have minimal input into the choice of music?

We have an extensive music library and can play an extremely wide range of music, including Modern Chart & Dance, RnB, 00s Classics, 90s Dance & Indie, 80s Chart & Alternative, along with 70s & 60s Classics, Motown & Northern Soul, Rock’n’Roll, Disco, Soul & Funk, Classic, Heavy & Modern Rock, Punk & Indie, Jazz, Easy Listening, and Ska & Reggae.

​On the night of the party I am always open to requests - unless you stipulate otherwise.

​I tailor my microphone technique to what you want - whether chatty and interacting with your guests or being more restrained and letting the music speak for itself.

​While providing the right volume of music for the dance floor, I maintain it a level so that conversation is possible in other parts of the room. If you want it louder - no problem.

Once booked, we always available, should you want to talk about and plan your reception. We always tailor the reception and the music to your specific needs and wishes.

On the day, we will arrive at the venue to set up at least an hour in advance and will start at the agreed time. we will be smartly and appropriately dressed.

We can also arrive earlier, and, if you wish, provide background music for when your guests arrive and during the wedding breakfast - creating the right mood with music that is, for instance, modern and laid-back, classical, jazz-based, ambient, or a compilation of some of your favourite songs.

​If required, we can act as MC for the evening, hosting the formalities, making announcements, co-ordinating with the photographer, caterers and other service providers, and generally making sure everything runs smoothly and according to plan - while remaining open to any last-minute changes.

​If there are several children among your guests, we can make a point of entertaining them during the earlier part of the reception.

Create a magical first dance to remember!

Our confetti showers are a great add-on to any wedding reception, anniversary or celebration. Have your partygoers gasp as a cloud of silver, gold, white or multicolour confetti bursts into the air and drifts slowly over your heads.

Start your evening event with a bang! (a small one)

Our professional confetti cannon is able to propel large confetti tubes up to 12ft in the air and is a powered unit that ignites a small charge, similar to pyrotechnics stage effects. This charge isn't seen and doesn't smoke, but launches the contents of the 2ft tube into the air with a small 'pop'.

RECOMMENDED FOR UP TO 150 GUESTS – £400.00

All packages comes with all best sound & lighting along with our Mr & Mrs DJ Booth plus professional, 3D laser, UV lighting, microphone for your speeches up lighting mood lighting along with Cold Spark Firework and Confetti Cannon Machine and our low fog smoke dry ice machine with all packages.

we will work with you to plan and find the music range of your guests to dance along, this doesn't mean that we will play, and oldie followed by a new chart song. We will mix them together and even it out to create a blend that will suit everyone's taste. Our DJs on the night will be open for requests and will be sure to play them if they have the track! If you have a theme to your party, we will be certain to have the music to fit. Whether it be a 70's, 80's, 90's theme or Soul Funk our DJ's will be sure to play the right songs.

GOLD PACKAGE
RECOMMENDED FOR UP TO 200 GUESTS – £450.00

All Occasions Entertainment can provide DJs for any wedding parties from ages 1-100. The music we play will be always dependant on the party that you are having and guests attending.

We will also find out when you would like to do the speeches and if you require a microphone. And we find out the most important your first dance song, we can give you some help in choosing this if you are having trouble. We also will arrange a light show to fit in with the first dance to set the mood

To protect our customers, we have a £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance policy and Electrical Safety Test Certificates plus Enhanced CRB Checks which are now a standard requirement for discos to work in many establishments. A copy of the certificates can be provided on request.
